Key responsibilities & impact

Develop front-end applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript
Build backend services in Python running on AWS Lambda
Develop and maintain workflows using AWS Step Functions, Textract, and Bedrock
Support infrastructure managed through CloudFormation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Candidates must be based in Puerto Rico
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
Mid-level full stack development experience using React/TypeScript on the front end and Python on the back end
Strong software engineering fundamentals, including clean code practices, modular APIs, and maintainable architecture
Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, Textract, Bedrock, and CloudFormation, or equivalent experience in Azure or GCP environments with strong cloud fundamentals
Experience building and maintaining production software applications
Experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of a daily workflow
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Professional proficiency in English
Salesforce or Agentforce experience preferred
Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures preferred
Experience with document processing, workflow automation, or AI-powered applications preferred
Experience working in fast-moving startup or early-stage product environments preferred
AWS certifications preferred
Execution-focused and highly accountable
Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
Strong builder mentality with a bias toward action
Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
Comfortable using AI-assisted development as part of the workflow
Collaborative and able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
