FIDC Business Specialist
RPEFintech company seeking a senior Business Specialist to connect finance, technology, and operations for FIDC. Leading strategic interactions with external partners and ensuring product alignment with growth goals.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary point of contact and originator with fund administrators, asset managers, and investment funds.
- Map and structure complex FIDC management and monitoring processes, translating business rules into clear requirements for the Product Owner (PO) and the technical development team.
- Support and enable complex integrations with certifiers, SCDs and other financial institutions.
- Maintain an “operation administrator” perspective by closely tracking FIDC results, defining success metrics and monitoring product performance indicators (data-driven).
- Ensure full compliance of products with applicable laws and regulations (CVM, Bacen and other regulatory bodies).
- Facilitate synergy and communication among multidisciplinary internal teams (Legal, Risk, Operations, Compliance and Technology).
- Prepare structured executive presentations, business plans and business cases to provide visibility on product evolution and results to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong knowledge of FIDC: Deep understanding of the structure, regulation, operation and life cycle of Receivables Investment Funds and their models (FIDC, SCD, SCI, FIP, FIF, EP, etc.).
- Product modeling: Proven experience working alongside Product Owners to specify business rules for technical teams.
- Executive mindset: Proficiency in building business cases, business plans and presentations for C-level and senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on and pragmatic profile: Strong logical reasoning, organization, time management and the ability to prioritize the backlog with a focus on highest business impact.
- Leadership by influence: Emotional intelligence and the ability to motivate, engage and negotiate with multidisciplinary teams and clients, managing expectations without formal authority.
- Practical experience in fund structuring or fund administration firms.
- In-depth knowledge of credit instrument legislation with respect to Bacen, the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal) and CVM.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and project management.
- Market tools: Proficiency with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Pipedrive, Prioritization Matrix and Microsoft Office suite.
