About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for Technology and Business positions, from profile alignment through offer acceptance.
  • Use active sourcing techniques to attract passive talent.
  • Conduct internal and external selection processes, ensuring both cultural and technical fit with RPE.
  • Use Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize the hiring process and reduce operational workload.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing necessary support and market intelligence.
  • Actively participate in the development of Talent Acquisition projects.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment workflow and recommend new tools or methodologies.
  • Maintain and monitor a recruitment dashboard. Analyze metrics to identify bottlenecks and inform decision-making.
  • Prepare and present executive reports to the board and hiring managers, translating recruitment data into strategic insights.
  • Stay up to date with HR and AI innovations applied to Recruitment & Selection.
  • Ensure a memorable, transparent, and efficient candidate experience, leveraging automation to increase speed without losing the human touch and high-quality service.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience in end-to-end Recruitment and Selection for Technology and Business roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree (completed).
  • Advanced knowledge of the Gupy ATS platform.
  • Excellent skills in data analysis and recruitment & selection metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for preparing reports and executive presentations.
