About the role

  • Channel and Community Management: Plan, script and publish content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Spotify, Amazon and Apple Podcasts.
  • Performance and Analytical Sense: Monitor engagement, reach and conversion KPIs. Prepare monthly reports with actionable diagnostics, proposing course corrections based on data and market trends.
  • Blog and SEO Management: Responsible for the blog’s health and on-page SEO strategy, ensuring content supports the brand's organic ranking.
  • Podcast and Event Operations: Direct support in covering podcast interviews and relationship events, ensuring quality of delivery and strong relationships with partners and clients.
  • Institutional Interface (PR): Act as the focal point with the Press Office, ensuring social and PR agendas are fully aligned.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Marketing/Content and social media (senior level).
  • Technical knowledge of SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics tools).
  • Excellent writing skills (copywriting) and ability to adapt tone of voice for different platforms.
  • Familiarity with demand management tools and basic knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Hands-on profile and proactivity to suggest improvements.
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience in the Retail market.
  • Previous experience in the Financial sector (BaaS, cards, lending, etc.).
  • Comfortable conducting interviews and audio/video coverage.
