About the role
- Lead the Financial Planning (FP&A) and Treasury areas, ensuring financial discipline, result predictability and cash governance.
- Lead the annual budgeting process (Budget) and periodic reviews (Forecast / Rolling Forecast).
- Build and monitor financial models and performance projections.
- Develop analyses of financial performance (revenue, margin, EBITDA and operational KPIs).
- Design management dashboards and financial metrics.
- Prepare materials and analyses for the executive committee and the board.
- Support business areas in profitability analysis of products and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor variances between actuals vs. budget and propose action plans.
- Lead the company's cash flow management.
- Prepare and monitor short-, medium- and long-term cash forecasts.
- Manage working capital and liquidity.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Support the structuring and management of credit lines and financing.
- Develop cash governance processes and controls.
- Support the company’s strategic finance initiatives.
- Design and improve financial processes and controls.
- Work closely with Controllership, Accounting and operational teams.
- Support financial automation, BI and systems improvement projects.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of financial information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or Accounting.
- Solid experience in FP&A, Treasury or Financial Planning.
- Experience in financial modeling and performance analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel / financial analysis tools.
- Experience managing cash flow and working capital.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with different areas of the company.
