Key responsibilities & impact

Leading administrative duties
Leading/assisting on various projects such as monthly and quarterly competitive reporting
Helping the account management team brief creative teams
Participating in internal and client reviews
Assisting with presentations and printing
Completing expense reports
Meeting organization (schedule and material preparation)
Creating PowerPoint presentations and general client and account team support.
Supporting Media Teams across multiple regional markets across the US.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Candidates must be extremely organized
Detail-oriented
Must show initiative and work well in a team environment
Excellent communication and organization skills are a must.
Possessing a passion for advertising and digital marketing is recommended.
Must live close to the Virginia area, and be willing to work within the Eastern time zone to support and align with our Mid-Atlantic associates.
