About the role
- Own and execute RP3’s new business plan in partnership with agency leadership, aligned to priority verticals and regional focus
- Own the full new business pipeline—from proactive outreach through pitch, proposal, and close—ensuring momentum, accountability, and follow-through at every stage
- Lead and support go/no-go decisions, pitch strategy, pricing coordination, and proposal development
- Source and manage inbound and outbound opportunities, including RFPs, introductions, partnerships, and trigger-based outreach (e.g., new CMOs, leadership changes, M&A activity), with a focus on quality, fit, and conversion
- Orchestrate proactive outreach programs targeting warm relationships, past clients, agency friends, and high-fit prospects
- Coordinate leadership participation in outreach, ensuring consistent weekly touchpoints and clear accountability
- Manage relationships with agency search consultants as long-term partners—treating them like clients through thoughtful, quarterly engagement
- Execute RP3’s marketing plan across owned channels—website, social, newsletter, awards, and events
- Manage content updates, including case studies, news, capabilities decks, and credentials
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and leadership teams to translate agency thinking into compelling external storytelling
- Support awards submissions, agency listings, and reputation-building initiatives
- Own timelines, workflows, and resource coordination for all marketing and new business initiatives—driving work forward through collaboration rather than dedicated support staff
- Manage cross-functional teams—including leadership, strategists, creatives, freelancers, and vendors—to deliver high-quality work on time
- Help manage the new business and marketing budget
- Own CRM (ActiveCampaign) as the central system of record for all new business and marketing outreach
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM data—including contacts, companies, activity tracking, and pipeline stages
- Build dashboards and reports to track outreach performance, engagement, pipeline velocity, and conversion
- Ensure CRM usage is consistent across the agency, documenting best practices and workflows
