What you’ll need- Proven recruiting experience in transportation, logistics, driver, or operations roles
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver hires quickly
- Existing database/network of drivers is a major plus
- Access to your own sourcing tools and recruiting resources preferred
- AV, mobility, transportation, or logistics industry experience is a plus
