About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and process international customer orders from entry to successful execution
- Coordinate and agree on delivery and transport schedules with customers, dispatch, and internal departments
- Ensure required transport, export, and customs documentation for international shipments
- Communicate proactively about deviations and handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Ensure accurate order and data maintenance, including billing-relevant information
- Review and implement individual customer requirements, e.g., hazardous goods, temperature control, or customs regulations
- Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth transport operations and high service quality
- Support administrative and organizational tasks in day-to-day operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed training in forwarding, logistics, or a comparable qualification
- At least two years of professional experience in customer service, transport, or logistics
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Confident use of IT systems and digital tools
- Understanding of logistics processes and interfaces is an advantage
