• Co-lead the supportive editorial team for the International Journal of Language and Communication Disorders (Paediatric)
• Lead strategic and editorial development of the journal
• Maximise dissemination of high-quality research in communication and swallowing disorders
• Assess the strengths and areas for development of the IJLCD
• Present a vision for the IJLCD and its short- and longer-term development
• Handle peer review and contribute to academic publishing
• Provide leadership and strategic development
• Commit to a minimum term of three years
