About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain complex Revit models and 3D simulations for architectural and interior design coordination
  • Audit and validate BIM data from external partners for data integrity and version control
  • Identify design conflicts through 3D coordination and facilitate resolution with cross-functional project teams
  • Support the daily technical workflow of onsite and offshore Revit engineers
  • Apply VDC protocols across assigned projects
  • Provide day-to-day setup support and execute presentations in the CAVE
  • Assist production and co-develop assets for the RCG BIM Library
  • Perform other job-related duties assigned by supervisors or management
  • Travel 20–30% as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in architectural design with a strong focus on large-scale BIM/Revit projects
  • Advanced knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD 2018 or higher, and 3ds Max
  • Knowledge of BIM360, ACC, BIM Collaborate Pro, and Autodesk Docs
  • Familiarity with VR technologies and immersive hardware preferred
  • Knowledge of architectural design development
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks under various team members
  • High proficiency in spelling, grammar, and use of the English language
  • Ability to work with external organizations and shipyards across multiple cultures
  • Ability to work in the metric system
  • Must not require work authorization sponsorship
  • Ability to perform required physical duties, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Ability to travel 20–30%
