About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain complex Revit models and 3D simulations for architectural and interior design coordination
- Audit and validate BIM data from external partners for data integrity and version control
- Identify design conflicts through 3D coordination and facilitate resolution with cross-functional project teams
- Support the daily technical workflow of onsite and offshore Revit engineers
- Apply VDC protocols across assigned projects
- Provide day-to-day setup support and execute presentations in the CAVE
- Assist production and co-develop assets for the RCG BIM Library
- Perform other job-related duties assigned by supervisors or management
- Travel 20–30% as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in architectural design with a strong focus on large-scale BIM/Revit projects
- Advanced knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD 2018 or higher, and 3ds Max
- Knowledge of BIM360, ACC, BIM Collaborate Pro, and Autodesk Docs
- Familiarity with VR technologies and immersive hardware preferred
- Knowledge of architectural design development
- Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks under various team members
- High proficiency in spelling, grammar, and use of the English language
- Ability to work with external organizations and shipyards across multiple cultures
- Ability to work in the metric system
- Must not require work authorization sponsorship
- Ability to perform required physical duties, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to travel 20–30%
