Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Hospitality or related field is required or a minimum of 10 years relevant progressive large-scale experience in Hospitality Management.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation and listening skills
Strong internal drive, creativity, and entrepreneurial mentality
Ability to coach and develop a team of Shipboard and Shoreside operational resources
Must have proven track record of being able to drive change
Strong business and analytical acumen
Proven skills in managing finances and newbuild procurement planning
