About the role

  • Leads the execution and governance of all guest-facing onboard marketing across the fleet.
  • Partners closely with hotel operations, and shipboard teams.
  • Oversees the execution of all onboard marketing, including daily collateral and new activities.
  • Responsible for developing and overseeing implementation and audit processes.
  • Ensures marketing is consistent, up to date, and compliant with brand standards and guidelines.
  • Drives awareness and results for new products to increase onboard revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field required.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing communications, brand operations, or hotel operations environments.
  • Proven record of launching products and experiences across multiple channels and/or multi-unit locations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to build strong, sustainable relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
