Manager, Onboard Marketing Operations

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leads the execution and governance of all guest-facing onboard marketing across the fleet.
- Partners closely with hotel operations, and shipboard teams.
- Oversees the execution of all onboard marketing, including daily collateral and new activities.
- Responsible for developing and overseeing implementation and audit processes.
- Ensures marketing is consistent, up to date, and compliant with brand standards and guidelines.
- Drives awareness and results for new products to increase onboard revenue.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field required.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing communications, brand operations, or hotel operations environments.
- Proven record of launching products and experiences across multiple channels and/or multi-unit locations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
- Familiarity with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to build strong, sustainable relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
