About the role

  • Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive security programs across all Royal Caribbean Group’s Private Destinations (PD).
  • Direct and oversee security operations for Royal Caribbean Group and vendor guard forces.
  • Represent the Organization with Key Stakeholders including government agencies and local law enforcement.
  • Act as the principal editor for the security section of the Safety Management System.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Industrial Security, International Business, Criminology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years in maritime security operations and large-scale resort management, with international operational experience required.
  • Law enforcement or counter-terrorism tactical expertise within maritime or aviation sectors is highly desirable.
  • ISPS, SSO, CSO, and PFSO certifications are mandatory.
  • Fluency in English is required, while in addition, Spanish, French and Greek are preferred.
