About the role
- Providing data and decision support to the Royal Caribbean Sales organization.
- Responsible for both strategic and tactical initiatives related to Sales performance.
- Extracting, analyzing, reporting and interpretation of sales data.
- Identify regional sales trends, forecast sales, lend analytical support to sales leadership in setting incentives/goals.
- Calculate and monitor performance to ensure sales effectiveness.
- Work in conjunction with Revenue Management and Marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or similar major from four-year college or university, or similar work experience.
- 2-4 years’ related experience in financial/business analysis.
- Previous experience with Sales or Marketing preferred but not required.
- Ability to travel outside of the country.
