About the role

  • Enable data-driven decision-making across the Design organization.
  • Provide tactical and operational support across planning, reporting, workforce analytics, dashboard development, and project performance visibility.
  • Oversee the Design Dashboard ecosystem and ensure consistent, accurate, and actionable reporting across all Newbuild design projects and portfolios.
  • Support the Design Planning & Analytics data strategy.
  • Own the Design Dashboard and maintain portfolio-wide reporting frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Architecture/Design, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
  • 7+ years experience in reporting, analytics, project management, or PMO roles.
  • Experience with Workfront, Power BI, or project reporting tools.
  • Experience supporting large multi-disciplinary programs preferred.
  • Analytical skills; dashboard creation; data modeling.
  • Proficient in relevant project management and reporting tools (MS Project, Power BI, Adobe Workfront, APIs, Tableau, Alteryx)
