About the role
- Develop premier intranet experiences integrating relevant information and engaging design
- Collaborate with IT and vendors for creative, content, and technology strategies
- Work with content owners to collect business requirements for intranet product development
- Design and deliver intranet webpages and email communications for global contact center employees
- Monitor and track content during product life cycle and ensure QA of content
- Assist with maintenance of intranet web presence for Global Contact Centers
- Manage new product and product update lifecycle, increasing user acceptance and adoption rates
- Coordinate product launch initiatives and training
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, grammar, proofing, and editing skills
- Strong ability to convert technical information into easy to understand documents
- Experience in building webpages in HTML or designing communications for global audiences
- Graphics design experience a plus
- Software specification interpretation skills
- Ability to collaborate on strategies and craft tactical solutions to achieve strategic goals
- Ability to document or describe strategy and tactics, implement plans, metrics, success factors, and contingency plans
- Ability to propose metrics for measuring effectiveness of tactics and relate data for assessing and enhancing product offerings
