About the role

  • Pilot and evaluate new technologies for Cybersecurity solutions

  • Drive outcomes and become the multidisciplinary expert that enables engagement
  • Operationalizing projects and automations
  • Serve as a highly technical security expert to bring security transformation to both new and legacy infrastructure
  • Deploy new technologies quickly and successfully transition new platforms to the Security Operations Team for ongoing support
  • Embed with project teams to understand complex architectures, apply correct security controls, and ensure they are governable in the future
  • Develop patterns and validate those patterns through engagement in lab or lower environments
  • Ensure solution design and implementation is in compliance with corporate standards and policies
  • Verify accurate documentation and communication of products/applications implementation decisions
  • Define data relationships with complex data sources
  • Configure and design large data sets in Databricks
  • Design, build, and execute complex queries in Databricks along with corresponding dashboard builds
  • Perform platform engineering work on a Databricks environment
  • Develop agentic AI capabilities with Cyber Security training
  • Develop and maintain dashboards that provide actionable insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) for all leaders
  • Assist in alarm management capabilities
  • Partner with various security teams to build new alerting capabilities
  • Train other department members in data tool use

Requirements

  • 4+ years of information technology experience
  • 3+ years of specialization in Information Security roles
  • Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Math, or equivalent work experience
  • Preferred experience working in large, cross-functional teams in a globally diverse model
  • Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., A+, Network+, Security+) are a plus
  • Data Science (e.g. Databricks)
  • AI and Machine Learning
  • PowerBI/Tableau
  • Networking Concepts; Zero-Trust; Identity and Access Management
  • Python and other coding languages
  • Experience working with AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud
  • Experience with various AI technologies
