About the role
- Assess organizational and individual leadership needs to align development efforts with strategic business objectives.
- Design, develop, and maintain leadership development content and programs using instructional design principles and software.
- Develop training materials, workshops, and tools for various leadership levels and initiatives.
- Deliver and facilitate leadership courses, workshops, and both team and individual coaching sessions for employees and management.
- Manage the rollout of leadership development programs and assess their effectiveness and impact, using data analysis to produce and report on actionable information to leadership.
- Work with Sales Leadership, HR and other departments to integrate development initiatives into the broader employee experience, including onboarding, succession planning, and continued development.
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and best practices in leadership development, coaching, and adult learning.
Requirements
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, psychology, leadership development, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ training, coaching and/or leadership experience required
- Demonstrated track record of assessing needs, aligning learning strategies and programs to organizational strategy, and realizing measurable business impact
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to design and deliver engaging presentations and training sessions.
- Deep knowledge of organizational development interventions and the ability to link talent to organizational culture.
- Competence in individual and group coaching methodologies.
- Strong consulting, project management and organizational skills to manage program rollouts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships, encourage collaboration, work cross-functionally, and coach others through sensitive issues to develop positive and significant outcomes.

- Demonstrated strong initiative and drive, alongside a passion for delivering great learning experiences
- Proficient and effective facilitation skills.
