About the role

  • Design, build, and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or CloudFormation to streamline provisioning and configuration of cloud and on‑prem resources
  • Create, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and deployment tools such as Argo CD to automate build, test, security scanning, and release workflows
  • Deploy, scale, and operate workloads on Kubernetes (Cloud and On‑prem)
  • Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using Splunk, AppDynamics, and related tools to proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve issues
  • Apply DevSecOps best practices, ensure adherence to security standards, and implement automated security controls and compliance guardrails
  • Work closely with Engineering, Operations, QA, and Security teams to streamline development workflows and promote DevOps best practices
  • Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior DevOps engineers to foster team growth

Requirements

  • 6+ years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, including senior-level responsibilities
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub for version control, branching strategies, workflows, and repository management
  • Strong proficiency in Terraform for IaC
  • Expertise with GitHub Actions and Argo CD for CI/CD
  • Proficiency in scripting languages including Bash, Python, and JavaScript
  • Deep experience working with Kubernetes (Cloud and On‑premises); OpenShift experience is a plus
  • Experience with Ansible for configuration management
  • Strong understanding of monitoring and logging platforms such as Splunk and AppDynamics
  • Familiarity with security best practices, DevSecOps principles, and compliance frameworks
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Generative AI experience is preferred (integrating AI workflows, automation, or AI-driven tooling)
