About the role

  • Oversees events that enhance the global employee experience
  • Owns the end-to-end design and flawless execution of internal events that strengthen culture, collaboration, and employee engagement
  • Plans 10+ events a year, ranging from large scale events to small scale onsite events
  • Works independently with support from the broader Employee Experience Team
  • Recruits employee volunteers to support event execution
  • Maintains strong cross-functional partnerships with facilities and vendors

  • Blends strategic thinking with hands-on project management

Requirements

  • 7+ years event planning or project management experience
  • End-to-end event lifecycle expertise: concept to debrief, with strong post-event evaluation and ROI measurement
  • Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management: collaborates with multiple teams, leads volunteers, and influences without direct authority
  • Financial and vendor management: budgeting, forecasting, procurement, contract negotiation, cost control, and risk management
  • Hybrid/virtual event technology and accessibility: AV, registration platforms, multi-location coordination, and best practices
  • Communication, analytics, and problem-solving: exceptional writing and presentation skills, executive-ready reporting, metrics-driven insights, and event troubleshooting.
