About the role

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to three Vice Presidents overseeing HR Operations and HR for our brands
  • Manage and maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations and logistics
  • Support logistics for meetings, workshops HR events
  • Prepare, review and organize reports, presentations and confidential documents
  • Act as a primary point of contact between VPs and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant supporting senior leadership, preferably in HR or Talent-related functions
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
