About the role
- drive loyalty strategy through data-driven insights
- build dashboards, testing and planning pilots to inform Loyalty and Targeted Offers strategy
- track and measure program performance
- develop KPIs with the business team to drive performance
- isolate trends and predict guest behavior through data
- assist in providing competitive analysis and monitoring
- manage complex projects in a timely and accurate manner
- communicate effectively to align Loyalty and Business Intelligence priorities and objectives
- partner with Data Science to guide design and implementation of advanced predictive models
- own performance measurement framework for Co-Brand credit card program
- drive innovation through ideation, definition, and evaluation of Loyalty program pilots
- deliver timely, actionable insights through ad hoc data analysis
- manage end-to-end Targeted offers campaign lifecycle
- forecast booking volume and campaign impact using historical data
- build and maintain backlog of testable campaign concepts
- oversee development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and SQL-based data pipelines
- serve as key contributor in Targeted Offer planning forums
Requirements
- 8+ years of work experience required
- experience performing either strategic digital analysis, financial analysis, or business intelligence/marketing analytics highly preferred
- experience in travel/leisure hospitality is preferred
- bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar
- MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred
- passionate about economic, business, analytics, loyalty & financial concepts
- in depth understanding of data structure with the ability to use SQL or coding language to answer complex business questions
- able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and partners, including Chief Marketing Officer and executive leadership team
- qualified in developing and delivering high quality, clear and concise analytics and presentations to Marketing Leadership
- able to build data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Tableau
- experience in building models and business cases to forecast outcomes and financial impact of program changes.
