About the role

  • Oversee all projects under their delivery program ensuring they are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget
  • Liaise with IT Product Teams, IT Design Teams, Construction Design Teams and Brand representatives
  • Manage scope expectations and champion IT product capability/scope for Destination projects
  • Communicate with executive stakeholders and partners across the broader organization
  • Collaborate with matrixed representatives and vendors to outline milestones and establish work plans
  • Track timing, budget, cost control, and reporting
  • Manage vendors, ensuring they meet time, budget, safety, and brand guidelines
  • Participate in weekly meetings to give updates and status on assigned applications and highlight risks
  • Track and report on project or program status, ensuring that risks are reviewed and mitigated

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience working in IT Program Management
  • Experience with technical, user, and business issues in a fast-paced hospitality organization
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of Program Management preferred
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate with and achieve results through others
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in IT project management
  • Experience in executing heavy IT infrastructure projects in a construction environment
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.
