Financial Planning and Analysis

• Provide analytical support to enhance savings and efficiencies for an expanding Logistics department
• Create and maintain budget forecasts and variance analyses for brands/departments under Logistics finance
• Validate and allocate vendor invoices to ensure FCPA compliance
• Facilitate meetings with suppliers to review invoices and correct errors in invoicing
• Oversee coordinators and provide support for challenges they encounter
• Supports special projects by providing financial controls and analysis
• Performs other duties as required
