About the role
- Develop and manage Travel Services budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor expenditures and ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Review corporate travel data and identify trends to propose policy modifications to executive leadership.
- Support Workplace Solutions Finance Manager with G&A forecast and annual plan.
- Perform monthly variance follow up with international offices.
- Review financial data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures and regulations.
- Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Assist with developing and tracking annual operating Travel Services G&A and Capital budgets.
- Prepare routine reports on department financial actuals vs. budgets.
- Support, maintain, and enhance a comprehensive global corporate travel program from a financial perspective.
- Provide clear reporting on travel expenditures and trends.
- Analyze data to make informed recommendations for service, compliance improvements and financial performance.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with travel management systems and corporate travel policies.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in data extraction and reporting tools.
- Minimum 3 years related financial and/or business analysis experience.
