About the role

  • develop and implement comprehensive project plans
  • oversee multiple projects simultaneously
  • manage estimating of project-related costs
  • collaborate with engineers, architects, and designers
  • prepare tender documents and manage the bidding process
  • identify potential risks associated with project execution
  • serve as the primary liaison between the company and all external stakeholders
  • oversee the permitting process and ensure compliance with regulations

  • manage change processes, updates logs, and communications with vendors

Requirements

  • at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry
  • organized, detail-oriented individual
  • understanding of construction documents, estimating, and bid packages
  • bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, structural engineering, MEP, architecture, or a related field
  • strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, OneNote), Bluebeam, Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, AutoDesk Construction Cloud, or similar software
  • PMP certification is preferred
