About the role
- develop and implement comprehensive project plans
- oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- manage estimating of project-related costs
- collaborate with engineers, architects, and designers
- prepare tender documents and manage the bidding process
- identify potential risks associated with project execution
- serve as the primary liaison between the company and all external stakeholders
- oversee the permitting process and ensure compliance with regulations
- implement quality control practices and procedures
- manage change processes, updates logs, and communications with vendors
Requirements
- at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry
- organized, detail-oriented individual
- understanding of construction documents, estimating, and bid packages
- bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, structural engineering, MEP, architecture, or a related field
- strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, OneNote), Bluebeam, Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, AutoDesk Construction Cloud, or similar software
- PMP certification is preferred
