Customer Service Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Preparation of customer quotations and orders efficiently ensuring a first class customer experience through the BAM Site Solutions Hub.
- Developing a good working knowledge of our product range through training and continuous development.
- Embed a culture of compliance to all UK & Ireland policies, targets, standards, and strategy in relation to safety, health, wellbeing, and sustainability.
- Ensuring prompt response to enquiries and that transactions are processed efficiently with customers kept up to date on progress via email or telephone.
- Assisting in the cross hire and purchasing of products from an agreed supplier database to fulfil customer requirements, as well as working closely with our internal product managers.
- Associated administrative tasks to support the overall Customer Service team and Site Solutions Hub.
Requirements
What you’ll need- GCSEs in English and Mathematics (or equivalent)
- Previous hire industry experience and knowledge (Preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and good numeracy skills
- Good IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
