About the role

  • Conduct active prospecting via social selling (LinkedIn), email, cold calling and other digital channels.
  • Apply qualification methodologies (such as BANT or GPCT) to ensure opportunities passed to closers have a real fit with ROX's model.
  • Identify companies with potential demand for IT outsourcing and find decision-makers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, IT Managers and HR Tech leaders).
  • Keep the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) rigorously updated with interaction history and the status of each lead.
  • Work closely with the marketing team and account executives to adjust sales messaging based on market feedback.
  • Convert qualified leads into strategic meetings for the closing team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a BDR;
  • Strong understanding of the technology ecosystem (able to distinguish profiles such as Cloud, DevOps, Data, Fullstack, etc.).
  • Solid knowledge of Predictable Revenue, Sales Engagement and sales funnel management.
  • Experience with commercial intelligence tools (e.g., Apollo.io, Lusha, Sales Navigator) and sales sequence automation.
  • Advanced experience managing pipeline in CRM platforms.
  • Ability to write outreach emails and messages that are personalized, persuasive and to the point.
  • Ability to analyze conversion metrics to optimize your own open and response rates.
