About the role

  • Lead the recruitment and selection process for technology and administrative positions
  • Manage the hiring process, employee integration, and employee lifecycle
  • Post and monitor job openings on recruitment platforms
  • Screen resumes, analyze profiles, and perform candidate sourcing/hunting
  • Conduct individual interviews and prepare behavioral assessments
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with HR, hiring managers, and clients
  • Administer and monitor technical and behavioral tests
  • Provide individual feedback to candidates, whether hired or not
  • Update job statuses in the management system
  • Prepare and send welcome kits to new hires
  • Conduct onboarding, in-person and/or remote
  • Schedule pre-employment medical examinations
  • Verify documentation and issue employment contracts
  • Request, manage, and track benefit enrollments/terminations in management platforms
  • Provide ongoing support to employees
  • Deliver behavioral training to the Rox Team
  • Assist with People Operations/Personnel Department tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Previous experience in HR, especially recruiting for technology roles
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model at the office located in Morumbi, São Paulo (SP)
  • Strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity
  • Ability to work in a team and handle multiple simultaneous demands
  • Plus: Intermediate/advanced English and advanced Excel.
