💰 $140,000 - $160,000 per year

About the role

  • Manage day-to-day coordination and execution of data center development and construction projects
  • Provide mentorship and day-to-day oversight for an Associate Project Manager or Senior Associate Project Manager, supporting their professional growth, development of project management skills, and increasing responsibility across project coordination and delivery activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to advance project scope, schedule, and budget objectives
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and action item logs
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and key dependencies; proactively identify and resolve risks and issues
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead coordination meetings, establish agendas, and track follow-up actions across project teams
  • Support procurement activities including contract administration, change order review, and invoice tracking
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure drawings, specifications, and project records are current and organized
  • Help ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements across project activities
  • Support site activities as needed, including periodic travel to active project sites
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and reporting standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5–10 years of experience managing or supporting projects in construction, infrastructure, real estate development, or a related industry
  • Experience managing project scope, schedule, and budget across multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project management and document control software is a plus (Procore, P6)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data center, mission-critical, or large-scale commercial construction projects is a plus
