About the role

  • Own and administer the Facilities Operations change control framework
  • Apply reliability engineering and operational risk management principles to evaluate proposed changes
  • Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency Change Advisory Board (ECAB) reviews
  • Provide governance oversight for high‑risk, high‑impact, or customer‑impacting changes
  • Conduct Post‑Implementation Reviews to validate change outcomes
  • Develop and maintain change performance metrics supporting Facilities Operations management review

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent mission‑critical facilities experience
  • Experience supporting or governing work in high‑availability or critical infrastructure environments
  • Demonstrated experience applying change control, operational risk management, or reliability engineering principles
