About the role
- Provides lifecycle mechanical expertise, developing standards, validating designs, and supporting construction and operations to ensure high‑availability systems
- Oversees performance and reliability across cooling, hydronics, heat rejection, and controls
- Leads mechanical contributions to root‑cause analyses and incident reviews
- Maintains mechanical asset models and performs failure-mode evaluations to support predictive and preventive maintenance strategies
- Collaborates with operations to interpret system data, review alarms, and resolve recurring issues
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with mission-critical mechanical systems, including chilled-water plants, air-handling systems, heat-rejection equipment, and controls integration
- The ability to work across engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations teams and make independent technical judgments in high-stakes environments
