About the role
- Define and evolve the game's core testing strategy
- Champion key quality metrics (KPIs)

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in decision-making QA roles for mobile games
- Deep experience leading QA on live mobile games
- Strong understanding of mobile platforms and the full release process
- Understanding of configuration management and live game content
- Comfortable managing external vendors and QA budgets
- Proficient with test and defect management tools
- Honest, thoughtful communicator in cross-functional teams
