About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute purchases of raw materials, finished products, subsidiary raw materials, and packaging for the Rovensa Group companies
Be familiar with specifics of products and their origin for acquisitions of finished products/active materials from outside the EU
Keep packaging and subsidiary raw material specifications updated
Monitor compliance with agreed delivery deadlines
Contract transport and insurance if necessary
Ensure customs clearance of goods from outside the EU
Request safety data sheets from suppliers when purchasing chemical products
Inform suppliers of special labeling requirements
Comply with legal obligations within acquisition processes
Ensure technical specifications compliance by sending pre-shipment samples as needed
Ensure compliance with REACH registration for chemicals

Requirements

What you’ll need

12th grade education and/or professional experience in the area
Knowledge of spoken and written English
Knowledge of Spanish and French (preferred)
