About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Rovensa's digital transformation by working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyse needs, improve processes, and translate requirements into scalable and effective solutions
  • Business Process Analysis: Analyze and document end-to-end business processes, identifying improvement opportunities and promoting efficiency and standardization
  • Requirements Management: Gather, structure, and validate business requirements, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with delivered solutions
  • Solutions Design Support: Collaborate with IT and technical teams to define scalable and sustainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture principles
  • Application Landscape Utilization: Leverage Rovensa's application ecosystem (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, Sales Cloud, Apps, Mendix) to address business needs effectively
  • Digital Initiatives Support: Contributes to the execution of digital transformation initiatives, supporting process optimization and adoption of new technologies
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure effective communication, alignment, and successful delivery of initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis
  • Strong experience in business process analysis and requirements management
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into effective IT solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in a multicultural environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive mindset, with the ability to challenge constructively
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, BPM, etc.)
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
  • Spanish and/or French is a plus
  • Availability to travel internationally
  • Experience in digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience with SAP/4HANA, Sales Cloud or similar ecosystems
  • Exposure to low-code platforms (Power Apps, Mendix)
  • Experience in international environments.
