About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Rovensa's digital transformation by working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyse needs, improve processes, and translate requirements into scalable and effective solutions
Business Process Analysis: Analyze and document end-to-end business processes, identifying improvement opportunities and promoting efficiency and standardization
Requirements Management: Gather, structure, and validate business requirements, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with delivered solutions
Solutions Design Support: Collaborate with IT and technical teams to define scalable and sustainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture principles
Application Landscape Utilization: Leverage Rovensa's application ecosystem (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, Sales Cloud, Apps, Mendix) to address business needs effectively
Digital Initiatives Support: Contributes to the execution of digital transformation initiatives, supporting process optimization and adoption of new technologies
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure effective communication, alignment, and successful delivery of initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems or a related field
5+ years of experience in Business Analysis
Strong experience in business process analysis and requirements management
Proven ability to translate business needs into effective IT solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in a multicultural environment
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proactive mindset, with the ability to challenge constructively
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, BPM, etc.)
Fluency in English (mandatory)
Spanish and/or French is a plus
Availability to travel internationally
Experience in digital transformation initiatives
Experience with SAP/4HANA, Sales Cloud or similar ecosystems
Exposure to low-code platforms (Power Apps, Mendix)
Experience in international environments.
