About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, monitor and analyze the results of regional operations, ensuring achievement of the strategic and financial objectives defined for the area.
- Evaluate team performance through indicators, reports and results, providing clear direction, continuous development and high performance.
- Analyze, validate and execute the annual sales plan and the regional budget under your responsibility, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Ensure planning, management and control of commercial activities and sales programs at the regional level, promoting operational efficiency and excellence in execution.
- Work closely with the Commercial Directorate in validating the annual sales plan and in the regional budget management.
- Guide, monitor and develop the commercial team, ensuring strategic alignment, execution discipline and achievement of results.
- Maintain close relationships with strategic customers, conducting commercial visits and accompanying the district team in the field, strengthening partnerships and business opportunities.
- Represent the company in the region, acting as a technical and commercial reference, ensuring the correct implementation of corporate strategies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Agronomic Engineering or Agronomy.
- Solid experience leading commercial teams, preferably in regional and/or multi-territory structures.
- Proven experience in managing commercial results, sales planning and budget control.
- Strong ability to analyze indicators (KPIs), interpret management reports and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in building, executing and monitoring annual sales plans and regional commercial strategies.
- Availability for frequent travel.
