About the role

  • Design and iterate overarching research frameworks, including key questions, thematic pillars, methodologies, and evaluative criteria
  • Execute deep-dive investigations using National Libraries and Rouya’s internal library
  • Build and maintain Rouya’s central Research Repository within Google Workspace
  • Oversee the master production roadmap in ClickUp, including building workspaces and managing dependencies
  • Translate dense research into sophisticated, engaging essays and articles

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a senior research, writing, or content development role (e.g., Journalism, Think Tanks, or Strategic Consulting)
  • Demonstrated ability to build a research framework from scratch and manage a complex verification trail
  • Strong ability to synthesise information, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions
  • A clear, structured writing style and a proven ability to produce long-form content that is both intellectually rigorous and highly readable
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
