Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and grow Weber Ranch 1902 Vodka throughout the Greater DFW market
  • Build strong distributor partnerships and increase distribution and monthly volume
  • Secure menu placements and drive brand activations
  • Develop relationships with key on-premise and off-premise accounts
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and advisor to consumers, wholesalers, and trade
  • Represent the brand at regional and local industry and consumer events
  • Create hyper-local social media content and provide it to the marketing team for syndication
  • Represent the brand and communicate its story and knowledge within the dedicated market
  • Educate targeted consumers, trade, and wholesalers about the brand
  • Manage and attend monthly local events
  • Use social platforms to support brand and company initiatives
  • Seek and secure new brand and consumer opportunities
  • Maintain and extend brand placements and relationships
  • Maintain legal and company-policy compliance
  • Travel within the assigned territory, potentially up to 50% of the time
  • Complete timely expense reporting
  • Develop relationships with distributor sales representatives, district managers, and leadership teams
  • Conduct work-withs and market visits with distributor personnel
  • Influence distributor priorities and secure support for account initiatives and promotional programs
  • Manage account coverage, reporting, expenses, follow-up, consumer activations, social media engagement, and KPI performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Reside in the DFW market, specifically the Dallas or Fort Worth market
  • 3+ years of beverage alcohol industry experience
  • Proven success building distributor relationships
  • Experience managing on-premise and off-premise accounts
  • Ability to work independently in a remote field-based environment
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Strong presentation and account management skills
  • Frequent moving of product cases, event materials, and barware up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to attend consumer events, account activations, tastings, staff trainings, and industry functions outside traditional business hours
  • Strong social media influence
  • Ability to manage an ad hoc schedule
  • Valid driver’s license and automobile or other transportation for territory travel
  • Outgoing, competitive personality with superior presentation skills
  • Excellent budget management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team setting
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Supplier, distributor, or agency experience preferred
