About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver and exceed W&P sector sales targets
- Lead account development and drive long-term growth
- Own sector P&L and ensure profitable performance

Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Engineering
- Senior sales experience in industrial or manufacturing environments (7+ years)
- Proven track record of commercial success
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed, fast-changing environment
- Integrity, cultural awareness, and entrepreneurial thinking
