Play a key role in advancing the Group’s Mergers & Acquisitions opportunity pipeline
Cultivate strategic, long‑term commercial relationships across North America
Lead the sourcing and development of M&A opportunities through proactive market engagement
Evaluate potential targets for strategic and financial alignment
Oversee initial commercial due diligence
Deliver high‑impact insights and executive‑ready materials
Work in close partnership with Corporate Development, M&A Transactions, and cross‑functional leadership to ensure disciplined, coordinated deal evaluation and execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

University Degree or equivalent
3-5 years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development in the energy/utilities/industrial technology sector
Proven track record of leading transactions and strategic initiatives
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with in-depth understanding of industrial technology trends
Experience working in a global environment and matrixed organisation
