About the role
- Drive revenue growth by developing new business within target industrial markets
- Build and manage long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including engineers, maintenance managers, and procurement teams
- Identify opportunities for component repair, coating, grinding, and refurbishment services
- Evaluate customer requirements, drawings, and specifications to define scope and recommend solutions
- Lead the quoting and negotiation process for complex, high-value jobs
- Collaborate closely with operations to ensure technical alignment, execution success, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a strong presence in the field through regular customer visits and industry engagement
- Provide market intelligence and contribute to strategic growth initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in critical equipment across oil & gas, power generation, and heavy industrial markets, service sales and support
- Proven high performing sales presence in region
- Track record of achieving both customer satisfaction and profitable sales
- Ability to identify opportunities and communicate them to RMS
- Strong technical background in rotating equipment, coatings, machining, or repair services
- Proven track record of developing new business and closing complex deals
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Established industry relationships within oil & gas, power generation, or related sectors preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Self-directed, accountable, and results-oriented
- Must be fluent in English
