About the role
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute pipeline strategies.
- Run high-volume outreach (calls, email, social) to generate new opportunities.
- Qualify inbound and outbound prospects and book discovery calls with Account Executives.
- Apply an AI-first approach to prospecting—experimenting with automation, tools, and data-driven insights.
- Continuously learn about multiple industries and use cases to build business acumen.
- Share insights on lead quality and messaging to strengthen team playbooks.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of BDR/SDR experience (SaaS preferred).
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity, perseverance, and positive energy.
- Adaptive communicator who can tailor outreach to different prospects' needs.
- Quick learner, eager to test and adopt new outreach tactics and tools.
- Bonus points if you have:
- - Experience with AI or automation in sales engagement.
- - Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, or other prospecting platforms.
- - Multilingual skills.
- - Knowledge of SaaS, automation, or intelligent document processing markets.
