About the role

  • Lead technical discovery with prospects, uncovering requirements and mapping them to Rossum capabilities.
  • Deliver tailored demos that communicate value in a clear, customer-oriented way.
  • Translate customer needs into scalable solution architectures and implementation scopes.
  • Support Sales during evaluation cycles, including RFP responses and technical Q&A.
  • Partner with Product to share market feedback, feature requests, and identified solution gaps.
  • Collaborate with Professional Services to ensure smooth handoffs and feasibility assessments.
  • Create and maintain pre-sales documentation, demo scripts, and reusable solution assets.
  • Support PoCs and pilot design with clear success criteria and measurable outcomes.
  • Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Pre-Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or technical customer-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS architectures, APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to feasibility and scalability.
  • Internal communication in English as a default.
