About the role
- Lead technical discovery with prospects, uncovering requirements and mapping them to Rossum capabilities.
- Deliver tailored demos that communicate value in a clear, customer-oriented way.
- Translate customer needs into scalable solution architectures and implementation scopes.
- Support Sales during evaluation cycles, including RFP responses and technical Q&A.
- Partner with Product to share market feedback, feature requests, and identified solution gaps.
- Collaborate with Professional Services to ensure smooth handoffs and feasibility assessments.
- Create and maintain pre-sales documentation, demo scripts, and reusable solution assets.
- Support PoCs and pilot design with clear success criteria and measurable outcomes.
- Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Pre-Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or technical customer-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of SaaS architectures, APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience collaborating with Sales and cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to feasibility and scalability.
- Internal communication in English as a default.
