About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on strategic initiatives and business priorities
Lead and execute high-impact projects across multiple functions
Support business planning, prioritisation and operational execution
Build visibility across key business initiatives and performance metrics
Coordinate cross-functional projects involving product, operations, engineering, compliance, support and commercial teams
Identify operational bottlenecks and drive solutions
Prepare executive communications, reports, presentations and leadership materials
Support partnership discussions, negotiations and strategic initiatives
Develop systems, processes and operating rhythms that improve organisational effectiveness
Monitor project progress and ensure accountability across stakeholders
Support decision-making through research, analysis and structured problem-solving

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience working within startups, scale-ups or high-growth organisations
Prior Experience as Chief of Staff or similar would be highly advantageous
Experience working directly with founders, CEOs or senior executives
Exceptional organisational and project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong commercial awareness and business judgement
Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-moving and evolving environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and changing priorities
High level of ownership and accountability
Ability to influence and build relationships across multiple stakeholders
A builder mindset with a strong bias toward action
