Chief of Staff – Fintech

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on strategic initiatives and business priorities
- Lead and execute high-impact projects across multiple functions
- Support business planning, prioritisation and operational execution
- Build visibility across key business initiatives and performance metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional projects involving product, operations, engineering, compliance, support and commercial teams
- Identify operational bottlenecks and drive solutions
- Prepare executive communications, reports, presentations and leadership materials
- Support partnership discussions, negotiations and strategic initiatives
- Develop systems, processes and operating rhythms that improve organisational effectiveness
- Monitor project progress and ensure accountability across stakeholders
- Support decision-making through research, analysis and structured problem-solving
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience working within startups, scale-ups or high-growth organisations
- Prior Experience as Chief of Staff or similar would be highly advantageous
- Experience working directly with founders, CEOs or senior executives
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong commercial awareness and business judgement
- Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-moving and evolving environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and changing priorities
- High level of ownership and accountability
- Ability to influence and build relationships across multiple stakeholders
- A builder mindset with a strong bias toward action
