About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead product design initiatives across the organisation's digital products and customer experiences
  • Help shape and evolve the overall user experience strategy
  • Design intuitive, engaging and customer-focused product experiences
  • Translate business objectives and customer needs into effective design solutions
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product and leadership teams
  • Support the redesign and continuous improvement of customer-facing products
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of scalable design systems
  • Support user research, testing and customer feedback initiatives
  • Use data, customer insight and design thinking principles to improve product experiences
  • Champion customer-centric design approaches throughout the organisation
  • Help establish design best practices and scalable design processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience within Product Design, UX Design, UI Design or Digital Product Design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating customer-focused digital product design work
  • Experience working within fintech, payments, SaaS, consumer technology or high-growth startup environments
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design and user-centred design methodologies
  • Experience designing customer-facing digital products and experiences
  • Familiarity with design systems and scalable design frameworks
  • Strong visual design and communication skills
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineers and product stakeholders
  • Proven ability to operate effectively within fast-moving and evolving organisations
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Demonstrated ownership mentality with a track record of delivering results
  • A builder mindset with the ambition to grow alongside a rapidly scaling business
