About the role
- Opening and closing wholesale accounts with premium beauty retailers, department stores, pharmacies, clinics, distributors, and buying groups
- Drive results with autonomy and accountability
- Identify and pursue new retail and distribution opportunities
- Pitch skincare brands confidently and professionally
- Negotiate wholesale orders and commercial terms
- Manage follow-ups and closing deals
- Build long-term buyer relationships
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Provide market insight and feedback
- Represent the brands with credibility and polish
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience in beauty, skincare, luxury retail, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals
- Have opened accounts (not just managed them)
- Are confident pitching to senior buyers and decision-makers
- Are commercially sharp and outcome-driven
- Are comfortable operating independently without micromanagement
- Multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply (Korean, French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Arabic are particularly valuable)
