About the role

  • Opening and closing wholesale accounts with premium beauty retailers, department stores, pharmacies, clinics, distributors, and buying groups
  • Drive results with autonomy and accountability
  • Identify and pursue new retail and distribution opportunities
  • Pitch skincare brands confidently and professionally
  • Negotiate wholesale orders and commercial terms
  • Manage follow-ups and closing deals
  • Build long-term buyer relationships
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Provide market insight and feedback
  • Represent the brands with credibility and polish

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience in beauty, skincare, luxury retail, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals
  • Have opened accounts (not just managed them)
  • Are confident pitching to senior buyers and decision-makers
  • Are commercially sharp and outcome-driven
  • Are comfortable operating independently without micromanagement
  • Multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply (Korean, French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Arabic are particularly valuable)
