About the role

  • Engage with customers via phone and chat to understand their needs and offer product recommendations
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed orders using company-provided insights and data
  • Build rapport with customers and encourage repeat business
  • Meet or exceed sales KPIs, including confirmed orders, upsell/cross-sell rates, and revenue targets
  • Participate in team discussions and suggest improvements to boost customer satisfaction and performance

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a call centre environment (advantageous, not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Confident using digital tools and customer engagement platforms
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Access to a working laptop, computer mouse, stable internet, and noise-cancelling headphones
  • Self-disciplined, reliable, and able to follow company procedures
  • Passionate about helping customers and creating a great user experience
