About the role
- Engage with customers via phone and chat to understand their needs and offer product recommendations
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders using company-provided insights and data
- Build rapport with customers and encourage repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales KPIs, including confirmed orders, upsell/cross-sell rates, and revenue targets
- Participate in team discussions and suggest improvements to boost customer satisfaction and performance
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a call centre environment (advantageous, not essential)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confident using digital tools and customer engagement platforms
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Access to a working laptop, computer mouse, stable internet, and noise-cancelling headphones
- Self-disciplined, reliable, and able to follow company procedures
- Passionate about helping customers and creating a great user experience
