Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experienced sales or business development professional in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, haircare, aesthetics or a closely related sector
  • Proven ability to generate new business and convert commercial relationships into revenue
  • Existing network of relevant commercial relationships, buyers, retailers, salons, clinics, spas, pharmacies, distributors or other beauty-sector decision-makers
  • Experience personally identifying and converting new accounts into paying customers
  • Ability to prospect, present, negotiate and close new business independently
  • Comfortable travelling within an agreed UK territory and meeting prospective customers in person
  • Understanding of prospecting and opening new commercial accounts
  • Confidence developing relationships with buyers and business owners
  • Strong commercial instincts and ability to progress opportunities toward a sale
  • Confidence representing premium products and brands
  • Organised, self-directed and comfortable working autonomously
  • Motivated by performance-led earnings
  • Comfortable working on a self-employed contractor basis
