About the role

  • The Senior Zone Manager Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer functions as the operational leader for the western geographic region overseeing the daily operations and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure strategic goals are met by executing operational policies and maintaining Zone budgets.
  • Manage and develop technologists and perform day-to-day client interactions.
  • Perform ultrasound studies at client facilities as well as managing the personnel (Lead Technologists and Technologists).
  • Oversee quality of patient care provided by Roshal Imaging Services and ensure teams are effective in achieving their goals.
  • Assign and review personnel work activities; ensure all employees are properly trained; create and maintain monthly schedules; dispatch for on-call services; and perform quality assurance image review.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (5) years’ experience performing diagnostic medical sonography and related responsibilities in hospitals and/or outpatient settings.
  • Minimum of associate degree in related field; preferred bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Completion of an CAAHEP accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program required.
  • Certification/Licensure: 1) ARDMS registration in one of the following areas: Abd, OB/GYN or Adult Cardiac as indicated; additional RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist preferred), 2) CPR/BLS for Health Care Providers.
  • Supervisory Experience.
